You know I would never say anything emotional to you at this very moment that you just start your new life. In stead, I would encourage you to be quickly adpated, learn fast and explore the life there. It's gonna be completely different from your previous days in Nanjing, your sensory would sometimes even be shocked by these differences and changes. However, the good part is you should have heard most of them from what I told you before, I am sure it will makes the period of the adaption easier. You know my girl, I will always be there for you, to encourage you and back you up. Keep the faith that a year will never be too long, it's only 363 days left, further more, it's only going to be app. 180 days from now and I will be visiting you in the States.
The new semester will begin soon, you've got a lot to do and will definitely keep you busy. Plus, you 've got other things to do such as apply for the driver's license, car purchase, set up your travelling plan in the states, etc and etc. Life will be getting more chanllenged and you will have to be strong, be brave to take them and got them well managed, you will surely enjoy it. And then, you will find how time flies and in such a short time, you will be heading back to our home.
Again, I will be definitely supporting you all the way thru this period from the other side of the ocean.

I believe as I always do, that my girl will make it with no doubt. And it essentially, we two, will make it together.

God job! You have done quite a lot work here, very good update from your site. Really, when I went down there 2 years ago, I was kinda lazy and didn't update anything until one week later. All the photos were stored in my camera to be uploaded though...
